Yanbu International School
Yanbu International School is operated under a lease agreement with the Royal Commission of the Industrial City of Yanbu Al-Sinaiyah. It serves the families employed by oil refineries and secondary industrial businesses. The school follows an American curriculum including the core academic program of language arts, math, science, social studies, Arab culture, and physical education. In addition, the curriculum is further enriched by foreign language, technology, advanced literature, health, and other specialist subjects. Students may study in grades JR-KG – 12 at Yanbu International School. Graduating seniors have been accepted to universities in the US, Canada, Pakistan, India, and the Middle East.
Student activities include Student Council, major sports, various clubs, crafts, games, music, library, yearbook, and other activities based on student interest. Students also regularly participate in intra-Kingdom activities including volleyball, basketball, soccer, and cricket.
While we offer an expanded ESL program this year, special education programs are not provided.
